A £50 deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure your event date.

The event date is confirmed once I have received your booking deposit by credit/debit card payment or bank transfer.

Once the deposit is received you will receive a booking confirmation document confirming the details of your booking.

The £50 booking deposit is non-refundable.

The remaining balance is due by bank transfer ONE MONTH before the event.    

In the unlikely event that I’m unable to attend your booking due to sickness, injury, personal emergency or any other circumstance beyond my control, I will endeavour to find a replacement hairstylist of an equivalent standard. This cannot, however, be guaranteed. If I am unable to find a replacement hairstylist, you will receive a full refund of monies paid including your deposit, less the trial cost if this has already taken place.

I reserve the right to insist on a minimum party size during our busy months and on Saturdays.

If you would like to reduce the size of your booking once the deposit has been paid, you will still be charged the full amount. 

Travel is charged at 75p a mile after 10 miles from my postcode and the same for the return journey. 

If travelling by public transport I will provide you with a quote.

Parking costs are chargeable to you.

Travel to the event is calculated at the trial. I will be able to give you an estimate at time of booking.

The trial is normally 3-6 months before the wedding date and can take place either at my home or a venue of your choosing.

During busy periods it might not always be possible for me to schedule trials at the weekend, particularly Saturdays. I will be able to advise you of availability at the time of booking your trial.

If you would like to have your trial at any location other than my home then travel is charged at the rates stated above.

In the unlikely event that following the trial you choose not to go forward with your booking you will be refunded the deposit minus the cost of the trial.

It is your responsibility to inform me of any allergies, medical conditions or sensitivities. All brushes and tools used are kept sanitary and are sanitised after each event.

Photographic/video images of the client, members of the booking or event may be used by me on social media unless you have expressly withdrawn your consent in writing.

If a second hair trial is requested the same trial fee applies.

Sundays & Bank Holidays require a £50 surcharge (per wedding and subject to location).

You are liable to pay for the hair trial even if you do not wish to proceed with the trial or event.
